Chem-Dry of Rochester & The Finger Lakes has been providing the highest quality service and results for our customers in Monroe, Ontario & Livingston Counties in New York since 1986. Jim, the owner, joined the team in 2003 and has worked in every major area of our business. He climbed up the ladder through hard work and determination into management and then became the owner in 2005. Even as the owner, Jim never stopped working in the field cleaning for both our long-time and new customers.
Jim was born and raised in Rochester, NY and knows the area well. He has always enjoyed meeting new people and being able to show them what our unique Chem-Dry cleaning process can do! It has always been a company and personal model that Chem-Dry of Rochester will provide the highest quality work, superior to any of our competitors. We train all of our cleaning technicians for extensive periods of time before they enter your homes to clean your carpets & upholstery and ensure we continue to provide the highest quality service.
